Banana Smoothie

Place the following into a blender:

1. Three to four scoops of Unwrapp'd banana nut dough.

2. One cup almond milk (use unsweetened to keep it free of added sugar).

3. Two ice cubes.

4. Blend for 30 seconds. OPTIONAL: for a tasty straw, garner with a cinnamon stick.
